Alumni Spotlight: Dr. Heather Backstrom, Award-Winning Author

Dr. Heather Backstrom (‘11) is leadership coach, facilitator, speaker and author.

Her self-published book, Collaborative Confidence, recently won a 2023 Global Book Award! Winner of the Gold Medal in the Business Management category, her book tells women leaders how to activate self-awareness, amplify their authentic talents and accelerate workplace change.
