Support Our Mission
Leadership Pasadena develops informed, connected leaders who work together to strengthen the greater Pasadena community. Contributions from donors, sponsors, and community partners help make our programs, scholarships, and Community Impact Projects possible.
Community Impact Projects
A hallmark of the Leadership Pasadena experience is the Community Impact Project. Working alongside local nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and residents, each cohort develops projects that address real challenges facing the greater Pasadena area. Many projects continue beyond graduation through ongoing alumni leadership and community partnerships.

Climate & Sustainability
Community Partner: City of Pasadena, Center for Applied Ecological Remediation, EFRU, PostFire
Providing soil testing and remediation education for residents affected by the Eaton Fire. The project team worked with community partners and the City of Pasadena to help distribute information and resources supporting environmental recovery.
Youth Empowerment Collective
Community Partner: Day One
Supporting youth wellness through Day One's Summer Skills Program. Leadership Pasadena alumni will help implement the initiative during summer 2026.
Trauma-Informed Housing
Community Partner: Beacon Housing
Developing trauma-informed support resources to help strengthen recovery and housing stability as Beacon Housing moves forward with a 14-unit rebuild project.
Pasadena Xplore
Community Partner: Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena
Creating a curriculum that introduces young people to the history, culture, and natural environment of Pasadena and Altadena. Leadership Pasadena alumni will help implement the program during summer 2026.

Community Partners: Altadena Cooks, Recipes for Altadena, community residents
Preserving local history and culture through family recipes and personal stories.
