My work for the past 20 years has been in business development and human resources consulting.  As I was researching opportunities to leverage my skills and get more involved in the Pasadena community, I attended an LP information session and immediately connected with the passion for the mission and vision of LP.  
Deciding to enroll in the Class of 2017 has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.  LP is an agile organization that is delivering on its promise to inspire and empower leaders.  The 8 month program is hands-on learning and being a part of LP opens up so many opportunities to grow.  Meeting leaders, developing our critical thinking and communication skills and having fun through a variety of social and networking events makes this a unique experience.  We are actively engaged in the execution of strategy to uncover unmet needs and create solutions, not only with our non-profit community partners, but also in our personal lives and professional careers.

Relationships are very important to me and the networking and support of the LP family goes beyond anything I could have imagined.
