Community leadership allows your employees to make an impact in their community. Feelings of pride, satisfaction, and accomplishment are motivating to employees, builds company loyalty and there is mounting evidence of the wellness/health benefits of volunteering! Both accomplished and emerging business and community leaders are encouraged to apply. Participants comes from the diverse and vibrant government, nonprofit and business sectors that make up the greater Pasadena community. Tuition for the program is $4,500.
