Leadership Pasadena produces empowered, inspired and connected community leaders who graduate from Leadership Pasadena to serve on non-profit boards and civic commissions and lead as charity organization staff. They also attain elected positions in local and state government. And, many become successful, responsible and involved business leaders. 

Leadership Pasadena has allowed me to feel like a native in my new community. I have made some of my best business connections and closest friends since choosing to go through the program.
