Dear LP Alums and Friends of LP,
As some of you may have already heard, I made the difficult decision to step away and not contract with LP this year in the role of facilitator. In the year-long break we had, my work took a different turn and I am back to international consulting and travel—work I did prior to LP. This year I consulted in India, Singapore, and the Philippines. Locally, I have been a guest lecturing at Cal State University LA and facilitating for various organizations in Pasadena.
My recent work continues to be about leadership, the skills needed for the future, and how organizations will want to hire and engage their employees.
I chose to walk-the-talk of “personal leadership” and continue to grow and expand. I am so grateful for seven wonderful years with LP which connected me to seven extraordinary classes of community leaders. I consider all of them and you, friends. As such, I look forward to seeing you in and around the community in new ways.
Best regards, Barbara Cavalier, Ph.D.
